covid19_icu

This app implements a model for utilization of ICU beds, floor beds, and patient deaths due to COVID-19. The model was developed by the COVID-19 Statistics, Policy modeling and Epidemiology Collective (C-SPEC).

ct_social_distancing

This repository contains data and code for exploring geographic and temporal trends in close social contacts, and the residence locations of individuals having close contacts, in Connecticut. There are two major components: Shiny app and Rmarkdown reports for state and town.

indiana-hiv

This web application shows the dynamics of the HIV outbreak in Scott County, Indiana from April 2011 through September 2015, and estimates of outbreak dynamics if, contrary to fact, the diagnostic scale-up had occurred earlier in the epidemic.
