Many current and former Yale Department of Psychiatry faculty and trainees attended the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry Annual Meeting April 16-20 in Arlington, Va.
The theme of this year's meeting was "Opening Doors: Welcoming New Perspectives in Geriatric Mental Health and Aging." Programming was designed for a broad audience, including geriatric and general psychiatrists, medical students, residents and fellows, psychologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and researchers.
Yale faculty and trainees attended educational sessions during the meeting and enjoyed a group dinner at a local restaurant.
