A Guiding Coalition of community leaders has been meeting monthly since July 2022 to identify levels of intervention and metrics that can demonstrate success in addressing health priority areas in New Haven. The group has identified breast and colorectal cancer screening and partnered with the Yale Cancer Center Community Outreach and Engagement team to released a request for proposals (RFP). Applications are due July 15, 2025.
The OHER team will host two information sessions for applicants:
