Traci Cipriano, PhD, JD, assistant clinical professor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry’s Law and Psychiatry Division, gave the Opening Plenary Keynote at the 3-Day 2023 Women, Influence and Power in Law Conference in New Orleans on October 17.
Her topic was preventing and addressing burnout, utilizing her Multidimensional Model of Well-Being, which is the foundation of her new book, "The Thriving Lawyer."
The conference drew over 800 attendees.
