Allison Aviles, MPH is a Recruitment Coordinator at the Yale PRIME Clinic, where she leads recruitment and coordination efforts for FDA-regulated clinical trials focused on young adults who are Clinical High Risk (CHR) for psychosis. She oversees participant outreach and works closely with investigators and clinical teams to support the successful implementation of psychiatric research studies.
Allison previously served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine at Yale School of Medicine, where she supported NIH-funded research focused on the development of physician scientists, medical education, and health equity. In this role, she contributed to IRB protocol development, federal reporting, data management, and cross-institutional collaboration. She also has experience coordinating clinical trials focused on alcohol and opioid use disorders, providing direct patient engagement from screening through follow-up.
She completed her Master of Public Health at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Latino Studies from the University of Connecticut. Her primary interests include advancing equitable access to behavioral healthcare, strengthening the public health workforce, and translating research into sustainable systems-level improvements that improve mental health outcomes across communities.
