Santos Celebrated as Founder of Neuroscience and Cognition Bootcamp

Lester Rodríguez Santos, a PhD candidate in the Interdepartmental Neuroscience Program, has received the Disciplinary Outreach Service Award from the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences for his work founding and organizing the Neuroscience and Cognition Bootcamp, an initiative of the Wu Tsai Institute's Student, Postbac, and Postdoc Collective that offers three-day immersive and interactive training on modern neuroscience techniques to New Haven high school students. More than 40 students have participated in this program over the past two years.
