    Biography

I am currently a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale School of Medicine. I obtained my PhD in Medical Systems Biology from Fudan University (Shanghai, China) in January 2022. During my doctoral training, my research focused on cancer epigenetics, with particular emphasis on histone modification–mediated regulation, DNA methylation, and non-coding RNA regulation, under the supervision of Dr. Wenqiang Yu. My PhD thesis investigated the epigenetic regulation of RNA metabolism, especially how histone modifications influence pre-mRNA alternative splicing.

From January to August 2022, I worked at a biomedical start-up as the Director of the Creative R&D Department, where I led projects aimed at developing early cancer biomarkers, as well as translating these discoveries into commercial diagnostic kits and devices for broader clinical and public use.

In September 2022, I joined Dr. Qin Yan’s laboratory in the Department of Pathology at Yale School of Medicine as a postdoctoral researcher. My current research focuses on identifying druggable regulators that are critical for cancer metastasis and developing innovative strategies to prevent and treat metastatic tumors.
