    Biography

    Dr. Kelly Hanretta is a well-respected cardiologist, dedicated to the care of her patients. She has significant experience in the management of a wide variety of cardiovascular diseases, as well as a focus on prevention, family heart health, women's heart health, and geriatric cardiology.

    Originally practicing in New York for the first few years after completion of her professional training, she has been caring for patients in Connecticut and Rhode Island over the last several years. She has received a number of awards and accolades over the span of her career, both from peers and patients alike.

    Dr. Hanretta finds joy in academic medicine, the gift of playing a part in teaching the art of medicine to the next generations of physicians, particularly the importance of compassion.
