    Biography

    Dr. Emlyn Diakow joins our faculty as our newest Pediatric Otolaryngologist. She will be extending the reach of our Pedi ENT team out East with clinics in Old Saybrook.

    In addition to treating common childhood conditions, she has special interests in hearing surgery, cleft and craniofacial surgery, and sleep surgery.

    Prior to joining the department at Yale, Emlyn obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology at Cornell University, a Masters degree in Human Health and Nutrition at Columbia University, and her Medical degree at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine. She then completed ENT residency in Syracuse, New York and fellowship in Pediatric ENT at MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina) in Charleston, South Carolina.

    When she is not working, she loves spending time outdoors or attending live sports and theater. She’s excited to be back in the Northeast for ski season this year!
