Deanna earned her BS from the University of Connecticut and spent the following 4 years in Baltimore, Maryland providing case management and intensive outreach care to underserved patients living in the city. Family brought Deanna and her husband back home to Connecticut where she then worked in research as a Program Coordinator with The Asthma Center at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Taking time off to start a family and care for her late mother, Deanna and her husband, Dan, eventually relocated to Guilford, Connecticut where they remain active in their community and can be found nearly every weekend cheering and coaching their 2 daughters from various sidelines. Deanna joined the Office of Student Affairs in September 2018.
