Project Hope is a peer-to-peer mentorship network for children who have undergone organ transplantation, with aspirations to become the world’s first global mentorship program within the transplant community. Their innovation: a wearable health record for infants that could be paired with a mobile application for health care workers, and dialect-specific vaccine reminders for families.
