Tim Van Deusen, MD, associate professor of psychiatry, attended the 20th International Congress of the European Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (ESCAP) held in Copenhagen, Denmark, June 29-July 1, 2023.
His presentation was titled, “Deprescribing Practices for Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists” which addressed the global issue of poly pharmacy in children, adolescents, and young adults with serious mental illness.
