The Simulation Academy at Yale is now in its 11th year. The Academy supports educational activities with a focus on curriculum development, mentoring, hands-on learning, and outreach to students in the local community.
During the program, students participate in simulations that reflect real-life scenarios and prepare them for various emergency situations. Throughout the program, students work with physician instructors and peer leaders and are mentored in a structured learning environment that emphasizes teamwork, trust, and hands-on learning.
