    Reni Butler, MD, Named Fellow of the American College of Radiology

    Reni Butler, MD, professor of radiology and biomedical imaging, has been named a fellow of the American College of Radiology. It is one of the highest honors the American College of Radiology gives to a member and recognizes achievements in radiology, radiation oncology, or medical physics. Her induction as a fellow took place this past weekend at the annual ACR meeting in Washington D.C.

    Butler’s work includes patient care, clinical research, and medical education. She is a diagnostic radiologist with expertise in breast imaging and is part of the multidisciplinary team that provides advanced care and technology to patients at Smilow Cancer Hospital. She specializes in breast imaging, including reading 3D mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRIs.
