• 00:00Hello, everyone. I'm Akiko Iwasaki.
• 00:03Thank you for being part
• 00:04of the Yale Listen study.
• 00:07We are now conducting a
• 00:08survey to see how you
• 00:09are doing now compared to
• 00:10when you filled out the
• 00:11survey, when you joined us.
• 00:14We want to understand how
• 00:15your symptoms have changed over
• 00:17time.
• 00:18Those of you who are
• 00:19feeling better and feel recovered,
• 00:21we need your insights
• 00:23to understand what seemed to
• 00:24have helped you.
• 00:26And for those of you
• 00:27who are still struggling,
• 00:29this is a chance for
• 00:30us to better understand your
• 00:31ongoing experience
• 00:33and and what we can
• 00:34do to help.
• 00:37The survey is similar to
• 00:38the baseline survey that you
• 00:39filled out when you first
• 00:40join
• 00:41Yale lesson study, and it
• 00:43will take about five to
• 00:44ten minutes to complete.
• 00:46An email was sent out
• 00:47to you on September twenty
• 00:49fifth,
• 00:49but it may be stuck
• 00:50in the spam folder. So
• 00:52please check for the email.
• 00:54If you still don't see

• 01:05Thanks to the baseline survey,
• 01:07we found key new insights
• 01:09such as demographics
• 01:10at risk of developing long
• 01:12COVID
• 01:13as well as the symptoms
• 01:14associated with post vaccine syndrome.
• 01:17We also described symptoms like
• 01:19internal vibration
• 01:20and what that correlates with.
• 01:23Your survey has enabled us
• 01:24to collectively expand the public
• 01:26awareness
• 01:27of this previously overlooked symptom.
• 01:30The baseline survey you filled
• 01:32out has already resulted in
• 01:34three publications,
• 01:36and we're working on more.
• 01:39We're so grateful
• 01:41for all of you for
• 01:42continued participation,
• 01:44and filling out the survey
• 01:45could directly impact the understanding
• 01:47of long COVID trajectory.
• 01:50You will be the first
• 01:51to hear about the results
• 01:52of this follow-up survey
• 01:54through a town hall that
• 01:56we will organize.
