Women’s Health Research at Yale was named a founding member of the Milken Institute’s Women’s Health Network. The 75 founding members bring together expertise from a wide variety of sectors including academia/research, advocacy, business, community-based organizations, finance, health systems, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, technology, and nonprofit organizations.

Women’s Health Research at Yale is proud to be among the founding members of the Milken Institute’s Women’s Health Network. This group will catalyze progress and impact in women’s health research, and we are eager to contribute our nearly 30 years of expertise.

At the onset, the Women’s Health Network will:
- Establish a digital platform to foster and accelerate data-sharing, resource collection, financial counseling, and institutional knowledge exchange.
- Design the infrastructure for a pooled Investment Fund to support researchers, community organizations, industry partners, and innovators.
- Develop proof-of-concept activities and projects with deliverables that support the women’s health innovation ecosystem.
The Milken Institute is leveraging its convening expertise and alliance-building capacity to launch the network, which will serve as a global collaborative to collate, elevate, and advance existing and new efforts across the women’s health ecosystem.
