In appreciation of staff dedication, the week features activities and contests to help participants unwind and celebrate with colleagues. A highlight is Staff Appreciation Day on Tuesday, June 2, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Old Campus.

Save the Date: State of the School and Summer Social
Dean Nancy J. Brown, MD, will present the annual State of the School on Tuesday, June 9, from 5-6 p.m. and Wednesday, June 10, from noon to 1 p.m. In addition, this year’s Summer Social celebrating the end of the academic year will be held June 10 from 4-5:30 p.m. on Harkness Lawn.

Yale ID Center Moved
The Central ID Center has relocated to 221 Whitney Ave. and is now open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

New Space Request Process
The new Administrative Service Request Portal streamlines the submission process for administrative, clinical, and research space requests and eliminates the need to send emails for approvals. Access and bookmark the link on MyYSM.

C&T Self-Assessments Due May 30
C&T staff are asked to submit completed self-assessment forms to their managers by May 30.

Clinical Librarians as Physician Partners
Clinical librarians are available for one-on-one consultations during office hours or by appointment, providing support across a range of educational and research needs to advance faculty work in the clinical setting.

New Requirement for Continuing Review Submissions
All Continuing Review submissions to the Yale IRB, including those with modifications, must include a Continuing Review Progress Report.
