Yale Medical Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert 2026

The Yale Medical Symphony Orchestra will present its Spring Concert on Friday, May 8, at 7:30 p.m., in Harkness Auditorium. Led by Music Director Steven Huang, the orchestra consists of talented musicians from Yale School of Medicine, Yale New Haven Hospital, and the medical center community.

The orchestra will play pieces by Borodin, Elgar, Hindemith, and Mendelssohn. These concerts are wonderfully entertaining evenings, at which you can enjoy the remarkable gifts of your medical center colleagues.

These concerts have become very popular, and space in Harkness Auditorium is limited. The fire marshal requires that we close the doors when the auditorium is filled. Please get there in plenty of time for the 7:30 p.m. performance. Admission, as always, is free of charge.
