Foundations of Community Engagement in Cancer Research

The focus of this Zoom-only lecture, by Sakinah Carter Suttiratana, PhD, MPH, MBA of YCC's COE faculty, is "An Introduction to Community-Engaged Research for Cancer Researchers." The series aims to introduce core principles of community engaged research relevant to cancer prevention, detection, treatment, or care using case examples from YCC and elsewhere. This session will focus on principles for engaging community members and non-academic partners in research. To Register/RSVP.
