Foundations of Community Engagement in Cancer Research (Part 2)

The focus of this Zoom-only lecture, by Sakinah Carter Suttiratana, PhD, MPH, MBA of YCC's COE faculty, is "Catchment Area Cancer Data: Exploring Connecticut Communities." The series aims to introduce core principles of community engaged research relevant to cancer prevention, detection, treatment, or care using case examples from YCC and elsewhere. This session, the second, will focus on catchment area data and datasources relevant for research projects across the cancer care and control continuum. Participants who attend all three sessions will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
