DESCRIPTION:Join us for an in-depth examination of a longitudinal high-eng
 agement workshop pilot introduced at YSM last Fall. With an instructional
  focus on development of approaches to learning in a group\, the pilot in
 volved ten second year medical students who committed to attend every sma
 ll group session for an entire semester with a single faculty facilitator
 . A second phase of the pilot occurred in Spring 2025 with two leaders an
 d 18 students. The workshop will feature the reflections of pilot partici
 pants\, including students\, core facilitators\, and expert co-teachers\,
  followed by exploration of common challenges in small group facilitation
