The Yale Department of Psychiatry’s Accountability, Respect, Community, and Humanity (ARCH) group held its second event February 5 in its Leadership Pathway Meet and Greet Series.
The speakers were Joy Kaufman, PhD, deputy chair for career development; Kirsten Wilkins, MD, interim deputy chair for education; and John Cahill, MD, residency program director.
The sessions, open to faculty, trainees, and staff, showcase department leaders who discuss their career paths to promote leadership awareness in the department.
