The Yale Department of Psychiatry’s Accountability, Respect, Community, and Humanity (ARCH) Domain #3 hosted its fourth Leadership Pathway Meet and Greet event on April 23.
The speakers were Ruby Lekwauwa, MD; Charles Dike, MD; and Christopher Pittenger, MD, PhD. Steve Martino, PhD, was the moderator.
ARCH’s goal is to foster learning, collaboration, and innovation in the department. The meet and greet events have provided insights for junior and mid-career faculty, staff, and postdoctoral fellows interested in advancing their careers.
Participants were able to ask questions and gain insight from the speakers about their journeys to leadership roles in the department.
