Katie Howard presents research at the 2026 Yale Medical AI Symposium

Katie Howard just presented research showing how AI-based 3D tumor segmentation can help improve the surveillance of NF2-related schwannomatosis at the Yale Medical AI Symposium. She will also be presenting this work at the 2026 AI at Yale Symposium and the Children's Tumor Foundation 2026 Neurofibromatosis Conference this summer. This work was done in collaboration with Rithvik Ghankot, Noemi Jester, Manwi Singh, Dr. Sanjay Aneja, Dr. Steven Tommasini, and Dr. Frank Buono.
