Title: Women and Overdose-related Interventions in the Context of an Adulterated Drug Supply.


Learning Objectives:


  1. Consider the contributing factors to women's drug overdose-related risks.
  2. Familiarize with gender-specific barriers and facilitators to overdose prevention and harm reduction interventions.
  3. Understand gendered harms of novel drug adulterants (e.g., benzodiazepines) in the unregulated drug supply.


Addiction Medicine Rounds are CME accredited. Each session will be assigned 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM
