 is hybrid workshop introducing the process of turning clinical and progra
 mmatic insights into publishable academic work. Participants will learn h
 ow to identify ideas worthy of dissemination\, structure manuscripts for 
 professional journals\, and navigate the submission and peer-review proce
 ss. The session emphasizes the unique value of practice-based knowledge\,
  reflective writing\, and the ethical responsibilities of publishing in a
  relational field. This hybrid workshop will take place in person at 350 
 George Street in room 305D\, also available via Zoom. The meeting link ca

 n-going pilot program\, YCSC Mentorship BRIDGE\, which stands for Buildin
 g Relationships\; Inspiring Development\, Growth\, and Empowerment. The p
 rogram involves innovative approaches to professional development and men
 torship\, initially launched in the spring of 2025 with a goal to expand 
 the mentorship and professional development offerings available to facult
 y\, staff\, and trainees across the department. Additional program offeri
 ngs for the fall semester will be announced via YCSC Internal Announcemen
