Yale Child Study Center Job Opportunities

A variety of career and professional training opportunities are available on an ongoing basis at Yale Child Study Center (YCSC). This includes faculty and staff positions in addition to year-round work-training opportunities for postgraduate and postdoctoral associates in YCSC labs and programs.

At YCSC, we are committed to recruiting, supporting, and encouraging dedicated clinicians, researchers, and leaders in the field. As of June 1, 2026, there are no open YCSC faculty positions, but applications are currently being accepted for the following trainee and staff positions. Faculty & Staff Benefits

Several excellent benefits and rewards packages are offered for YSM faculty and staff, outlined on the "It's Your Yale" website linked below. Options include the Yale Home Buyers program; a scholarship program for dependents at any college; and automatic retirement plan contributions plus up to a 5% match to individual contributions to a Yale retirement account.

YCSC values Spanish language skills as an important way to meet the needs of the communities served, and as such, Spanish-speaking clinicians who become certified as bilingual health providers and provide patient care in Spanish as a YCSC faculty member are eligible for a salary supplement.

Yale is also a Public Service Loan Forgiveness site, and all YCSC faculty are eligible to participate. Pediatric Psychologists working in YCSC Outpatient Services are also eligible for the National Health Service Specialty Loan Repayment Program.
