DESCRIPTION:Yale Child Study Center (YCSC) faculty\, staff\, and trainees 
 are invited to participate in a Yale Day of Service on May 30\, 2026. For
  this opportunity to give back to the local community\, YCSC volunteers w
 ill help sort and package supplies for The Diaper Bank of Connecticut fro
 m 10 a.m. until noon\, at the diaper bank's warehouse in North Haven \, C
 onn. Volunteers are welcome to join for lunch afterward. Pizza will be pr
 ovided at a local brewery in North Haven. Register on-line to participate
  and reach out to Alix Hunter with questions or if you experience any tec
 hnical difficulties with the sign-up process. YCSC is also hosting a diap
 er drive leading up to this event\, from May 8–29\, 2026 . Drop off locat
 ions are in the business office at 230 South Frontage Road and the break 
 room at and 350 George Street. Since its founding in 2004\, The Diaper Ba
 nk of Connecticut has become a model for diaper banks nationwide. They no
 w distribute period supplies and incontinence products to those in need\,
  but their signature program continues to focus on the distribution of in
 fant and toddler diapers to low-income families in Connecticut. They dist
 ribute diapers through strategic partnerships with more than 60 community
 -based agencies throughout the state\, including YCSC. The Diaper Bank pr
 ovides diapers to agencies and programs who then distribute them to clien
