    6 Yale Psychiatry Affiliates Elected Officers of Connecticut Psychiatric Society

    Six affiliates of the Yale Department of Psychiatry have been elected officers of the Connecticut Psychiatric Society.

    They include:

    • Jessica Abellard, MD, assistant clinical professor of psychiatry, President
    • Paul Bryant, MD, assistant professor of psychiatry: Assembly Representative
    • Ignacio Cerdeña, MD, medical services provider: ECP Representative
    • Kaosoluchi Enendu, MD, MBA, psychiatry resident: Councilor-at-Large
    • Andrew Gerber, MD, PhD, associate clinical professor of psychiatry: President-Elect
    • Yasmin Rawlins, MD, psychiatry resident: Resident Representative

    CPS is a District Branch of the American Psychiatric Association and has approximately 600 members. It advocates for patients and those who care for them, promotes and disseminates professional values, supports education and career advancement, and strengthens the scientific basis of psychiatric diagnosis and treatment.
