A total of 119 Yale Cancer Center and Smilow Cancer Hospital physicians were named to Connecticut Magazine’s Top Doctors List, released today.
The recognition reflects Yale Cancer Center’s expertise across specialties and its leadership in cancer care, research, and innovation.

Castle Connolly, a health research firm, works with Connecticut Magazine to create the annual Top Doctors list. The list recognizes physicians in the state across many specialties, as nominated by other doctors. Castle Connolly’s researchers review nominees’ hospital and faculty appointments, research leadership, professional reputation, and patient outcomes to identify the top 7% of practicing physicians in the country.
